I want to introduce you to one of our wonderful clinicians for the upcoming Summit!!

Session title:  Beginner's knots for hiking & camping-
I will teach some knots that may be useful for hiking & camping.  This is basics for beginners and will include general information on knot types, uses, and tips.  



What is your Favorite Part about Being outdoors:  I love the smell of fresh air, getting good exercise, and the fact that there is always lots to see! 


What is Your Favorite Adventure so far:  Walking the public footpath between villages in the Cotswold's!  What an amazing journey that was!  :) :) 



What is your one piece of never-leave-home-without-it gear?  A bandanna!!  You can never have too many!!   


What advice would you give to a new hiker?  Start off by taking it slow and do your best to enjoy the journey!
