Hello Music Lovers!

With the 2009-2010 academic year behind us, we are hard at work trying to ensure the Naxos Online Libraries are bigger and better when students return in the fall.

Naxos will run a Foursquare competition at ALA 2010! Sign in to Foursquare when you visit the Naxos booth (#2544) & get free music & a Naxos gift bag until they are gone!

The Naxos Online Libraries YouTube channel is LIVE! Suggestions for additional videos are welcomed and encouraged! Please feel free to embed the videos on your library blogs or use them in any way you see fit to help your patrons.

Free MARC records are available for the Naxos Music Library AND Naxos Spoken Word Library.  Login to your Librarian account and click “MARC records” link on the left.

The Naxos Video Library has been growing rapidly these past few months since its inception. There are now over 300 videos, double the number of contributing labels and content waiting to be added. Dozens of Free trials are underway, and we’re happy to set up a free trial for your school as well!  Email Nick D’Angiolillo (

There are now Free iPhone apps for the NML, NMLJ and NSWL. Students need to create a Student Playlist Account and use those login credentials for the NML and NMLJ apps. One of the institutional usernames/passwords is needed to access the NSWL app.

Musically Yours,
