Summer Reading wraps up for Teens with a Final Party

Michigan Primary elections are coming right up, with important contests in Livingston County, and a state-wide ballot proposal (Prop 1
) which provides a net tax cut to businesses with manufacturing personal property, and a different source of funding for local governments.
Great Start Livingston "Summer Fun with Reading" Photo Contest
The Library is pleased to be a community partner of Great Start Livingston
in its work to improve early childhood services in Livingston County. Their photo contest is accepting submissions through Aug 18. See details here
LESA's Backpacks for Kids program provides Livingston County students whose families are experiencing financial difficulties with basic school supplies at no cost. The Library will once again be a drop-off point for donations to this program. Collection continues through August 18th. Please see the LESA website for a list of desired items.
