Climate Change, Global Warming, Carbon Footprint, Greenhouse Gases, CO2 Emissions.
We have all heard these names as they are in the news daily. In the pipe and bridge industry, we have witnessed the impacts from climate change. The increase use of road salts & acid rain, have resulted in more corrosive water and soils, impacting pipe materials. As governments albeit slowly, move towards climate change strategies and the mandating of Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for procurement of construction materials, the CSPI’s EPD is ready and demonstrates commitment to sustainable engineering practices by providing a transparent peer reviewed environmental impact results for our products. With a small carbon footprint and unparalleled recyclability, CSP is the material of choice.

Corrugated Steel Pipe is a remarkable product and can significantly reduce consumption of the world’s limited resources.

TRB Webinar: Latest Advances in Large Span Buried Bridges
Bridge engineers are invited to a TRB webinar on Thursday, October 3, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM ET. This webinar will identify strategies for constructing and maintaining large span buried bridges, which have at least a 50 foot span and consist of a buried structure that works with granular backfill to support design loads through soil-structure interaction.
