Kansas City entrepreneurs are job-creating powerhouses

For the first time ever, we can see how many jobs Kansas City startups create—84,011 from 2012 to 2016, to be exact. That’s about 7.7 percent of the total employment in the Kansas City metro area for that time period. There’s even more huge news packed into our newly released We Create Jobs report, including how much startups pay and the impact of the tech sector.
