How one team is handling the migration: HR staff plan for migration from Portal Organizations to SharePoint

On May 9th, HR employees from across U of T participated in a focus group session to guide the creation of a SharePoint HR Documents Hub to replace the retiring BlackBoard portal. Facilitators were impressed by the insightful discussion resulting in feedback and suggestions. Thank you to all volunteers for their participation.

Who’s True Blue? U of T launches everyday recognition program

HR in partnership with EASI, have launched a new online recognition platform that allows U of T staff to nominate colleagues for formal awards like the U of T Excellence Through Innovation Award, and recognize other’s daily accomplishments through the U of T True Blue recognition program.

Celebrate a colleague's contributions today! Encourage collaboration, applaud innovation, celebrate equity, commend leadership, recognize exceptional service, and champion citizenship

Websites without HTTPS will
be marked as "not secure"
by Google Chrome

As of July 2018, Google’s Chrome browser will display non-HTTPS sites as ‘not secure’. This is a victory for the IT security conscious, and users concerned about the privacy of their data.
