Hello <<First Name>>,
July is upon us and another academic year is drawing to a close. We hope you all have a restful and enjoyable summer.

J2e Blast into Summer
To prevent the summer slide J2e are inviting schools to join them in the Just2easy Summer Challenge! The challenge begins on July 20th and ends on 3rd September. You can click here to get the parent information pack. They have some great prizes - every student who plays at least 10 games on j2blast Go Live! will be entered into a prize draw for one of several £20 Argos vouchers. Every school that participates will be entered for a prize of £200 to be spent on any resources they want.

School Website RAG Audits
Our School Website RAG audits for maintained schools, free schools and academies were updated last month in line with DfE requirements. You can check that your website is compliant by downloading the audits here.

Maths BootCamp
Our latest case study looks at Maths Bootcamp. This focussed on raising standards in numeracy for underachieving KS4 students using innovative teaching techniques which harnessed the power of LGfL content, Cloud Platforms and the latest stylus-based Chrome books. You can read and watch the case study here.

BBC Sound Effects
This database of 16,000 sound effects from the BBC can be used within a wide range of applications, excellent to use in multimedia projects and presentations. Many sounds have multiple versions to suit different uses and help enhance videos, presentations and podcasts.

5 ways to
The aim of 5 ways is to showcase five ways to use LGfL resources across the curriculum that you can take and use and share. For example, they can be shared in the staff room, at INSET sessions and also given to parents so that they can support their children's learning at home. Our latest 5 ways looks at 5 ways to support computing. You can download all our 5 Ways from our blog.
