Have some fun with this one.  "Failed It!: How to turn mistakes into ideas and other advice for successfully screwing up" by Erik Kessels is a much needed reminder that we don't have to be perfect and that failure can serve as an inspiration for success.  This is the type of book you have to buy in physical form to hold in your hand an enjoy the pictures.  (Amazon Link)
