Fact or Fiction:
I've spent a decade developing methodologies for problem solving and creativity and found "Tinker Dabble Doodle Try: Unlock the Power of the Unfocused Mind" by Srinivasan S. Pillay to be useful counter-narrative to common conceptions that more focus = better problem solving. As expected from the title, the book champions an approach that builds in meaningful breaks and distractions as a core element of problem solving which jives with my own experiences. (Amazon Link)
