Fact or Fiction:
I was very close to not recommending "See Sooner, Act Faster: How Vigilant Leaders Thrive in an Era of Digital Turbulence" by George S. Day and Paul J. H. Schoemaker.  After all, here is a book about what are essentially OODA Loops, with not a single reference to Boyd or the OODA concept.  That said, it is a well written look at making decisions in the modern age and filled with great insight that makes the concept of OODA Loops more accessible to a broader business audience.
