Fact or Fiction:
It is rare that I recommend a self improvement book, but "The Art of Impossible: A Peak Performance Primer" by Steven Kotler was insightful.  Rather than just providing anecdotal takes on performance, it looks a the real science and brain chemistry of peak performance learned through the study of athletes, executives, and other top performers.  There are some useful insights and routines you can try, if like me, you are always looking to tweak your flow.
