'Movers and Shakers' Newsletter

November / December 2014

No. 40

We have a new look this month to reflect the growing trend of tablet and mobile use, which we hope you will find appealing and easier to read.

To celebrate a spate of placements of women candidates, we turn our attention to the 'hot’ topic of diversity in this month’s newsletter. We’re also delighted to offer our congratulations to Anna and Mandy on their recent appointments and more announcements  to follow next edition.

Thankfully the upward trend from last year continues and the executive search market seems to be back to its former pre-recession level with continuing growth in the emerging markets as well as the UK. We’re delighted to say this has also been a record-breaking year for Lumina with many new clients and placements.

This month also features a spotlight on one of our newest clients Wananchi, who are one of the key players in the race to bring triple play services to this under-developed territory and a key emerging market for many content companies.

This report is brought to you as a useful service to keep you up to date with the ever-revolving door. .As ever, we request your contributions to the issues raised in this newsletter.

Finally, we wish season’s greetings to you and your families, and look forward to a successful 2015.
