It's Enrollment Season

 Enrollment for 2019/20 is NOW!
Enrolling online is simple and quick and secures your child(ren)'s spot for next year.  Visit the My Back Pack portal by clicking on the parent drop down on our website to  complete your enrollment contract today! 

Your child's enrollment is complete when you have submitted the online contract AND brought your deposit to the front office.

For those of you participating in the Kroger Rewards program, the quarterly payment has arrived! 

All participants need to log in to your Kroger account online and print out the benefit that was paid on your behalf.  If you then turn in this statement to the school office, we will credit your tuition account for that amount. Be sure to have any of your friends and family that signed their cards up with Montessori as their charity to print out their statements as well.   
Here are the instructions to print out your form:
1)       Go to
2)      Click on “Sign In” and enter your e-mail and password.
3)      Click on My Account -> Account Summary
4)      Select File -> Print
5)      Write your student’s name at the top of the statement
6)      Turn the statement into the school office by Friday, March 29.

Extended Care and Preschool Tax Credit

Private school expenses (including tuition) are not deductible under the child care tax credit. However, expenses for a child in nursery school, preschool, or similar programs for children below the level of kindergarten are deductible for purposes of the child care tax credit.

If you would like documentation for tax purposes of your extended care and preschool costs, click here to  contact  Leigh Ann McKinney, Operations Director.  Please allow 2 weeks from the time of the request to receiving documentation.

Happy thoughts to our 14 staff members who will be traveling to Washington D.C. next week to attend the national American Montessori Society conference.  This amazing opportunity provides our staff with connections to Montessori professionals from all over the world and includes three days of intensive workshops highlighting the most up-to-date research and best practice in Montessori education.  Thanks to everyone who has supported and participated in the various fundraisers over the years to make this possible!

MSBG Scholastic Book Fair

Scholastic Book Fair is scheduled for Monday, April 8 - Friday, April 12. We are in need of some volunteers to help with checking people out with their purchases. The sign up will be in the foyer. 

Sign up times are 8:00 am -9:15 am and 2:45 pm - 4:30 pm.

The 2019 Gala is right around the corner! There is still time to purchase tickets for the event. If you are interested please click here.  The gala is on SATURDAY, MARCH 30 AT OLSCAMP HALL on the BGSU campus from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  Dress is business casual.

There will be delicious food, silent auctions, the Raffle winner will be announced and so much more.

This is MSBG's largest fundraiser. Come out and help us continue to give our students the best Montessori environment possible.
