Montessori Moment

Marie Montessori:
Environmental Education

The Montessori philosophy is centered around the idea of authentic experiences in the environment -- in the classroom and outside -- and that children learn best by doing. With our exceptional grounds, and community-funded Land Lab, and Nature Trail, it's really important to share those experiences with as many people as possible. When we return from Spring Break, all students will start participating in growing seeds and plants for our Land Lab.
