ORL Progress Notes Newsletter

Welcome!

Martin J. Citardi, MD, FACS

Multi-disciplinary collaboration among physicians is the hallmark of great patient care.   In this issue, we feature the minimally invasives skull base program of Texas Skull Base Physicians.   Arthur Day, MD (a neurosurgeon) and Samer Fakhri, MD (an otorhinolaryngologist), both faculty members at UTHealth Medical School, work together in the endoscopic resection of pituitary tumors; their partnership results in superb outcomes with lower morbidity at lower costs.
In addition, as we close out 2012, we want to highlight several notable achievements of our faculty, residents and students.

As always, we welcome your feedback and comments. Please feel free to contact us at any time—and to forward this newsletter to friends and colleagues.
