|We have drafted in four of our favourites artists to programme four weekends of music in one Metal's beach huts which they are placing along The Strand during the International Festival of Business. The Bido Lito! Beach Party kicks off on Saturday 11th June with NATALIE MCCOOL inviting friends to perform along side her for the weekend and after that we are handing the keys over to LOVED ONES, PURE JOY and BEACH SKULLS.|

|For their second album delving into the soul of forgotten enclaves of the British Isles, the fantastic THE MAGNETIC NORTH focussed their attentions on the 1960s new town of Skelmersdale. Damon Fairclough caught up with the group to find out how they found hope and romance in the frequently derided Lancashire outpost.|
Hannah Peel: "I saw [Skelmersdale] through a kind of 1970s photographic lens in terms of using flutes, woodwind and strings. In the back of my head it was always a bit like a lost Kes soundtrack."
