DOUBLE CONSENT FOR STIFF + TREVILLION & ALCHEMI GROUP

Westminster Planning Committee gave consent to two schemes at the same committee last night (16th April 2013), 55 Victoria Street and Westbourne House.

The 54 flat office to residential scheme at 55 Victoria Street was granted approval despite a Planning Officer's recommendation that it should be refused on grounds of height.   Planning Sub Committee Chairman Cllr Robert Davis praised the quality of Stiff +Trevillion 's design and the permission was granted on a majority vote.

Westbourne House

Westbourne House, an office to residential conversion providing 20 flats, gained consented with praise for the 'high quality design' during the Planning Committee meeting.

Both schemes will proceed to tender in the next few weeks.

Queens Cinema & Sloane Street

Two major Stiff + Trevillion projects are now on site, Sloane Street and the former Queens Cinema on Bishops Bridge Road. 

Demolition has started at Bishops Bridge Road and the project aims to finish in the Autumn of 2014.

The Mace Group have been appointed as the main contractor on Sloane Street and the project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2014.

Valentine Building completed.

1 Valentine Place has been handed over and two floors are under offer.

This new build office on Blackfriars Road achieves BREEAM Excellent.

Stiff + Trevillion are delighted to have been shortlisted for this year's RIBA Awards, Southern Region, with the project, Mayfly Cottage.

10-4 Pentonville Road has been shortlisted for the BCO (British Council for Offices) Awards, London Region and also for the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surverys) London Region Awards.
