Recent openings, IPPUDO and Chucs: Stiff + Trevillion, working collaboratively with Ippudo's Japanese architects, have delivered the first Ippudo restaurant in Europe.  The restaurant, situated in the Renzo Piano designed St Giles Central, is a sensitive recreation of the original Japanese site using specialist materials imported from Japan.
The first Jamie's Italian in Scandanavia (Stockholm) is due for completion in mid-October and S+T are currently on site in Sao Paulo, Brazil as well.
Chucs Bar & Grill (above) and Chucs Shop, both designed by S+T recently opened on Dover Street, central London.   Chucs is a classically-styled bar and grill in the heart of Mayfair whose interior evokes the feel of  a luxury yacht and the blue waters of the Mediterranean sea.
