Local Lessons from an International Standard

Fitzgerald Auto Malls, the Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated Production Facility in Silver Spring, and Montgomery County Government's Yard Trim Composting Facility were recently welcomed into the Green Business Certification Program because of their certification to the ISO 14001 standard. Get on the Bus!  Submit your Application for Certification by Earth Day

Businesses that apply for Green Business Certification by April 22nd, and are subsequently certified, will be recognized on the side of a County Ride On bus in late spring/early summer for at least four weeks.  It is estimated that one bus ad generates about 100,000 views over the course of a month!
