Transform your organization with appreciative inquiry

Discover. Dream. Design. Create your destiny.
These activities form the core of appreciative inquiry (AI), a revolutionary approach to strategic change and sustainable growth for organizations. To be effective, change requires speed, flawless execution and buy-in at all levels. AI accomplishes this by engaging all stakeholder groups in a collaborative approach to decision-making. It is a process of inquiry that challenges the whole system to maximize the positive potential for cultural change, strategic planning, leadership development, joint ventures and alliances, team building, community development and dramatic whole-system change.
Join Weatherhead Executive Education for a 3.5-day workshop and discover how and why AI transforms organizations through live simulations, case studies and illustrations.

Congratulations to Carlos Bustamante, MBA '14; Luis Contreras, MSM-Finance '13; Sergio De Ilzarbe, MBA '15; and Dominique Vargas, MBA '14, for winning first place in a case competition organized by the Cleveland chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). Richard Estremera, a senior KeyBank executive who served on the panel of judges, explained that "the quality of the delivery and the level of energy" set team Weatherhead apart from the rest. The team will share a $2,000 award.
Bustamente noted, "It was the support and encouragement of Meenakshi Sharma [assistant dean of career and student affairs] and Simon Peck [PhD, associate dean of MBA programs] that allowed our team to remain focused during some of the most challenging phases of the 45-day-long competition."
