You Bloom 2023!

Looking forward to shimmying in the new year with more classes (& burn those Holiday calories!), shows, events, gigs while saying farewell to a productively abundant 2022. We emerged from the Pandemic in 2022 like a Butterfly being reborn after a period of dormant darkness. My resolution for 2023 is to take better care of myself physically, mentally and spiritually and continue to pursue my passions joyously.
"Don't postpone JOY" is a quote I heard while watching Law & Order SVU's Captain Benson and now adopt it as my Mantra. Regardless of any losses experienced recently or within the last couple of years,
LOVE, LIGHT, PEACE and JOY are attainable. Finding myself and loving myself again after a couple of years of numbness is like a flower blooming. May this propel you, too, forward in 2023 and may you
