4 oz. dark chocolate
1/2 c. honey
16 oz. unsalted almond butter
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preheat the oven to 325°. In a large bowl, lightly whisk eggs; set aside. Break chocolate bar into pieces and combine with honey in saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat once chocolate is melted.
Add 1/2 c. chopped pecans and all other remaining ingredients in bowl with eggs; pour in chocolate-honey mixture. Mix well. Pour batter into parchment-lined or lightly greased baking pan (9"x13") and sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
