Updates to Our Summer Schedule! Thanks for your feedback on our schedule changes! Due to some feedback we received, we're making a small adjustment to the evening class schedule. The following schedule changes will take place starting on June 1.
Starting June 1, our CrossFit EVENING class schedule will be as follows:
C'ville Strength will be moved up by 30 minutes, with classes on Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 6:30pm. On Saturday and Sunday, C'ville Strength classes will start at 11am.
Class Cancelations: Starting June 1, we will no longer hold a 7am CrossFit class on Tuesdays and Thursdays (all other morning/noon classes are unchanged at this time).
Bring-A-Friend Day! Our Final Bring-A-Friend Day workout for the Spring will be held on Wednesday, May 13! Bring a friend (or two!) to ANY class on our schedule! We will have a fun team WOD planned. If you are bringing a friend along, they need to register and sign a waiver prior to coming in by clicking HERE (please feel free to forward along this email to them).
"First Friday" Potluck at the Gym! Come and join us at the gym on Friday, May 15, starting around 6:30pm for a fun potluck-style hangout at the gym! Bring a dish to share and something that you want to throw on the grill. We'll have KanJam and cornhole set up, and it'll be an even better time if you can all be there! See the EVENT HERE.
Memorial Day "Murph" We will host two classes on Memorial Day (May 25) for "Murph" - one class at 10am, and another at 5pm. Feel free to bring a friend along if they are daring enough to take on this workout! Find details on the workout here (post from 2014).
