Summer Schedule Changes As part of our goal to transition to hour-long class times this year, we will be making some big changes to our evening class schedule for the summer, starting on June 1. For now, these changes only affect CrossFit and C'ville Strength WEEK-DAY classes.
Starting June 1, our CrossFit EVENING class schedule will be as follows:
C'ville Strength will be moved up by 30 minutes, with classes on Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 6:30pm.
Class Cancelations: We will no longer hold a 7am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays (all other morning classes are unchanged at this time) starting on June 1.
Bring-A-Friend Day! At the end of April and beginning of May, we will be hosting three Bring-a-Friend Day workouts! The dates are:
Wednesday, April 29
Wednesday, May 6
Wednesday, May 13
On these days, you can bring a friend (or two!) to ANY class on our schedule! We will have a fun team WOD planned. If you are bringing a friend along, they need to register and sign a waiver prior to coming in by clicking HERE (please feel free to forward along this email to them).
Memorial Day "Murph" We will host two classes on Memorial Day for "Murph" - one class at 10am, and another at 5pm. Feel free to bring a friend along if they are daring enough to take on this workout! Find details on the workout here (post from 2014).
Park WODs Are Coming Back! We are really excited to announce that we will be starting up our park workouts in May. In some months we may hold up to two park workouts. How can you find out when the next park workout is happening? By following our Facebook Events Page! We post every park workout and upcoming event there, so please "follow" our Facebook for updates and stay tuned to what's going on.
