Hello Friend, thank you for praying. We cannot do what we do, and go where we go, without your prayers!
"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable — if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me — put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you."
PRAY for Dave and Julie Wood as they serve on the island of Vanuatu. Here's an update on a recent Sunday celebration that they had:
"International Christian Church is a unique congregation that comes from many nations around the world. We wanted to give an opportunity for everyone to have a little taste of the vast range of cultures that come together every week to worship Jesus, so we hosted a large event to celebrate our unity in diversity. It was a huge success! We estimate that there were between 250 - 300 people in attendance, and there were more than 25 different nations represented by at least one person! There were plenty of visitors present, and we have heard that many will be coming back to see what church is all about. Praise the Lord!
We had tables set up around the exterior of the tent filled with food from more than 20 different countries: An amazing feast! Our program consisted of blessings, songs, dances, poems, and musical instruments that highlighted so many different cultures and languages. It was truly an experience like I imagine the early church to be: greetings, introductions, meaningful conversations, sharing a meal, singing, prayer, and a devotional. What joy and unity in the church! Differences were celebrated, and the important things of a unified love of Jesus were emphasized. It was glorious."
PRAISE God for the 30+ global worker candidates that are getting ready to deploy to the field in 2020-2021 to countries like Guinea, Romania, Japan, North Africa, Thailand, the Middle East, Siberia, Italy and more!

PRAY for new global worker candidate, Paul W. who assists with the Evangelical Fellowship’s Children @ Risk outreach, in rescue and rehabilitation of trafficked low caste and outcast children and youth.
Thank you for your prayers for Paul. Pray that he will raise the funds needed to go to the field and that despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the doors will open for him to go to Southeast Asia in the coming months.
PRAY for new global worker candidates, MS who will serve in Southeast working at a home that ministers to traumatized and disabled children as well as assist with an agricultural project linked to the home.

PRAY for the children and staff at all of our Villages of Hope across Africa. Pray for Sergio and Nancy Bersaglio who are the directors. This past week at one of our Villages, the children received special gifts from Canada plus they all were given new school uniforms. God is good!
