Dayton, OH

Goodwill and Easter Seals have donated their excess mobility devices to C4A, which were transported to Atlanta GA where there is an ongoing C4A collection. We are looking forward to a continued partnership. Special shout out to Richard, Ken, and Jim for making this work!

Kerrville, TX

A thank you to Texas Rotary district 5810, where Dave was Keynote speaker for their district conference in April.

Zambia

In February, during our distribution trip in Zambia, we heard about an "old age home" and found it in the bush.  We gave them the mobility devices they needed and then I became curious about their circumstance and asked if they had any food. They did not. Those who had been providing had not been around for 2 weeks and the seniors had been out of food for some time. We went back to the nearest market town and purchased 50 kilos of meal, like grits, some rice, cooking oil, and beans. When we got back to their facility, they had the coals already lit and ready to cook. There are 10 people there and were very glad we visited. Now they are still struggling to obtain food. Please consider donating to C4A and we will make sure that they receive the donation for food.

Golden, CO

Dave recently partnered with the Colorado School of Mines and 510 students to modify existing wheelchair styles to be more efficient in non-carpet situations. These engineering students did a marvelous job and many of the adaptations will be easy to install on wheelchair styles that we distribute.  Thank you Colorado School of Mines!

We welcome your donations

As always, we can't do the work we do without YOU, our C4A supporters. Please consider donating towards future shipments of mobility devices, towards food for our new senior friends in Zambia, or mobility devices. Thank you!
