Spring has sprung here in Cornwall and the Spring Conference is just around the corner. BOOK NOW! I hope to meet many of you at this event on the 14th and 15th April. Reading is a great venue and we are lucky enough to be able to get a peek behind the work carried out on probiotics by the world leading team there.

The closing date for applications to attend the Spring Conference is 4th April so book now. The booking form can be found by clicking HERE and the full programme by clicking HERE. If you would like to attend the Cheese and Wine event on the 14th remember to add £15 (inc VAT) to your fee.
Our speakers are covering a wide range of aspects of probiotic cultures including the possibility for their use in cheese, technological aspects of probiotics in dairy products, prebiotic compounds from whey processing, nutritional and health aspects as well as the current status of legislation.
On the previous day we have a visit to the research labs at Reading to discover the work that they are carrying out using gut models and more as well as a cheese and wine event on The Pinot Family, so it should be a really good couple of days.
