SDT Travel Award

The Society is able to make a limited number of awards to assist students to travel to international conferences and events, the most recent went to Diana Oliviera, a student at the University of Reading, in this report she describes her visit to some of the leading dairy establishments in New Zealand

Dr. Adnan Tamime has decided to resign from the post of Technical Series Editor after many years of tenacious work, the position is now vacant and details can be found here

Future Events 2011
We are planning two major events for 2011, the first on 14th June at Reaseheath on Extended Shelf Life & Packaging and the second on 8/9th November at the Duchy College in Cornwall covering Cheese and Membrane Technology
