Dear <<First Name>>

Just wanted to let you know about my plans for Mindful Living Club sessions over the summer months. We'll be meeting in the Butterfly Gardens by Canoe Lake, Southsea, and in case of rain we can find shelter in the Southsea Greenhouse area, either in their hut or in the polytunnel.

Here are the dates and times:

Friday 8 July 10 - 12noon
Friday 15 July 10 - 12noon

Friday 12 August 10 - 11.30am
Friday 19 August 10 - 11.30am

Friday 23 September 10 - 11.30am
Friday 30 September 10 - 11.30am

All sessions are free to attend. The session will include some guided mindfulness exercises and meditations, some chat, and a period of silent meditative activity of your choosing. Please let me know by email if you'd like to come along.

My thanks to Southsea Greenhouse for funding the July sessions as part of their Skillshops programme.

Also on Saturday 16 July, there are still a few places available for an introductory workshop I'm doing on mindfulness at Fareham Library from 10 - 12noon. Click here for more details and to book your place.

All best wishes, and hope to see you soon,

Carolyn
