Thanks for reading our Newsletter and I hope we have inspired you to be a little more active in recent months. So now is the time to relax and this week, instead of setting a Weekly Challenge, I thought I would just share with you a few words about what is really important in life. Enjoy the break, take stock and recharge ready for a fresh start. And when the food and drink all gets too much why not go for a walk? Get away from the phones, food and telly and go out for a brisk walk in the fresh air! What could be better?
