Dear Zumberas and Zumberos,
A Wonderful Pre-Birthday weekend at Studio Z!! On Friday we had the Master Class with Rob and Diego and the studio was turned into a nightclub! The energy was limitless and people were having so much fun, they didn't want to leave! The neon lights and the disco ball was shining and everyone was enjoying the routines of Rob and Diego! It was such an emotional moment for me. I asked Diego if he would come and celebrate my birthday (fly out from NYC) and his response was "of course for you!" My heart was filled with love from the crowd that came. I wanted to cry with joy, just seeing the faces of everyone having such a good time! Good friends also came from Phoenix and LA to join the festivities.
The party doesn't stop there. This Thursday, please join us for my birthday party and anniversary of the studio!!! Ten instructor friends will be teaching 90 minutes of super fun! Bring a dish for 8 is the entry to this party (no card punches). Let's just have fun dancing and then stay afterwards for eating!! There will be homemade sangria!!
Saturday and Sunday we hosted choreography jam sessions with Rob and Diego. More fun choreo coming your way. I just love learning new material to keep my playlist fresh! It keeps my brain going since I have to memorize it and learn.
Saturday we also had our performance at the San Jose Sharks game! So much fun...and cute jerseys! The Sharks organization had a videographer there and they filmed us. Inside on the Jumbotron, they showed clips of us performing and announced us to the crowd. This lady sitting next to me asked if that was me up on the screen. Haha she recognized me...wow...She wanted to know if we were a dance group. So of course I had to tell her that it was Zumba not a performing group.
