Thank you to the 120 high schools; 122 middle schools; 142 elementary schools; and 27 home school organizations, adult education organizations, and community groups who met the priority registration date and will be participating in this year's
College Application and Exploration Week. Additionally, CFWV would like to thank West Virginia's Higher Education Institutions for continuing to support the
College Application and Exploration Week initiative and the K12 school events each year!
NEW THIS YEAR:
The CFWV College Application and Exploration Week website has had a makeover!
CFWV is excited to launch the new and improved online hub to help each of our sites better plan and prepare for your individual events. Even if you were unable to register in time to receive a package of promotional items and additional resource materials via mail, you still have access to the materials needed to help make your events a success! Easier navigation, downloadable resources and lessons, clear communication and outreach strategies, among many other tips and tricks have been made available for each school level and our higher education institution partners.
MAILED PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND RESOURCES:
Promotional materials and additional resources will be mailed the week of October 17th. For sites who met the priority registration date, you will be receiving ONE box of materials at the address provided. Please keep an eye out for your box. Please note that
CFWV will be unable to provide additional promotional items other than what you receive in your box at this time. All additional resources needed for your events can be downloaded and printed at
CFWVConnect or the
College Application and Exploration Week website. Thank you for your understanding.
HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS:
Once again thank you for supporting College Application and Exploration Week and the K12 events each and every year! This year,
CFWV has provided additional resources and best practices for campuses as you continue to support K12 schools, showcase the work on your campuses, shine a light on your students' successes, and increase awareness of your schools' work. You may find these best practices on the new

AFTER THE EVENT:
Soon after the event, the postevent survey will be emailed to the individual who registered your site for College Application and Exploration Week. Please complete this survey as soon as you possibly can. High Schools working toward CHAMPION status will be required to have the survey completed to by the January 13, 2023 deadline.
