Mental Health Awareness Week

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 13-19 May 2019.

The theme this year is Body Image and how we think and feel about our bodies.

Their website has lots of information and resources (including this How to Support Mental Health at Work Guide), and a map of activities taking place throughout the week.

You can also follow the hashtag #BeBodyKind to see what is going on!
