Customer Service Agent
Earlier this year Bella joined our team as a Customer Service Agent, a new position for Harvest. The role is focused on increasing customer engagement and collecting feedback so we can continue to provide better service. Customers in Marlborough may have already had a phone call from Bella touching base and to see how they are finding their Harvest systems. Bella will speak with all our customers over the coming year. Bella joins us from a Horticultural background and brings experience from both retail and inwards goods.
Premium Service & Soil Deficit
We're now able to offer our premium service option to customers. This includes a weekly site check of all sensors connected to your Harvest system and the general system health. It also includes the IBM Weather Forecast, Extended or Complex Alarms, Google Map View and a free Web App. Contact us for more information about adding premium service to your Harvest System today.

You may also be interested in our soil deficit calculation, which provides a site graph displaying the required amount of water in mm to reach field capacity for the soil moisture site. The soil deficit calibration is reviewed and adjusted three times per year.
Water Meter Monitoring Expandability
Many of our customers have an ITU Micro installed for water meter monitoring, with the information being sent to the council for compliance. However, a lot of customers aren't aware that the ITU Micro can have additional sensors connected directly to it for additional monitoring at the same location. Rainfall, soil moisture, temperature/humidity, pump fault, water tank level and electric fence monitoring can all be connected to the ITU Micro, with sensors hardwired directly to the device. Contact us for more information about additional monitoring for your Harvest system

If you have one of our legacy units for water meter monitoring (ITU Nano, SPE Lite) and you are interested in adding additional monitoring to your system please contact us to discuss monitoring options for your system.

"I have been using weather stations from Harvest Electronics for two decades. The equipment is reliable and the support from the regional technician in Marlborough and the team at Harvest HQ is efficient. The telemetry that Harvest Electronics offer with respect to irrigation meters is important for monitoring & compliance conditions. I intend to try the Harvest Web App on my phone this season and remotely monitor frost fans, disease infection models and soil moisture."
