Spring is just around the corner and we want to ensure everyone is prepared for it. Here are three quick things you can do to ensure you're ready:
1. Login to your Harvest site and check all is setup as you are wanting i.e. web apps, maps, sensor names etc..
2. Ensure any details like alarms, growing season or irrigation season are correctly set.
3. Contact Harvest or your closest service agent to organise a service of your system. This will ensure the system is fully operational in preparation for spring.

Spring is our busiest time of the year as a company, when an increased number of customers are critically dependent on our systems across various industries. In the image below is our Technical Support team, they are the people you will speak with on an early frosty morning and throughout the day, whether it's troubleshooting an air temperature sensor, updating alarms, changing pump control settings or many other things.
"The greatest thing we've found about using a Harvest system is the peace of mind around our water allocation. Having online pump switches and graphs makes it easy to control and track our irrigation from the computer or a smartphone - we can be sure that we aren't going to get a non-compliant fine."
