This week, we're sharing a detailed interview with Jan Hendrik Kirchner, an early Elicit user and former PhD student of neuroscience at the prestigious Max Planck Institute. Now a researcher at OpenAI, Jan walks through his Elicit workflow when writing project proposals and advising other PhD students.
"All in all, I might be able to write one of these project proposals in 2 or 3 days, a speed-up of 10x maybe," says Jan.
Jan combines the main Elicit lit review workflow with other Elicit tasks to find relevant papers, get different perspectives on what the paper's abstract says, brainstorm gaps in the literature, and avoid writer's block.
Check it out if you want to understand how some Elicit power users integrate it with other tools and workflows!
