The parade starts on 6th Street and Sanford Avenue! Gathering starts at 330pm and then at 4pm Sashay your way down Sanford Avenue all the way down to West End Trading Co.!

February 19th: Reel Fun Films: Princess Bride
The story of a man and a woman who lived happily ever after. Even though the courtship almost killed them... While home sick in bed, a young boy's grandfather reads him the story of a farmboy-turned-pirate who encounters numerous obstacles, enemies and allies in his quest to be reunited with his true love.
This will be a REEL FUN night with trivia, costume contests and drink specials! Stage Combat demonstrations as well will make this a night you'll never forget!

**NEW RESTAURANT COMING TO SANFORD!!**
We chatted with the new business owner at the old Inner Compass Brewing building and got the scoop. Violet Sawukaytis told us that the new restaurant will be be called Ultraviolet’s. It will be an upscale pizzeria and lounge offering authentic wood burning pizza and specialty martinis and spirits. HOW EXCITING IS THAT!?! The building will be under construction over the next few months so keep a close eye on the building for an opening date....we know we will.

February 20th: The Art of Drums - Sanford Art Walk
Gallery on First and Jeanine Taylor Folk Art, in association Sanford Porchfest, present “THE ART OF DRUMS” Project. This silent auction features unique drum art masterpieces that were specifically created for the 4th Annual Sanford Porchfest and directly benefit the Sanford Porchfest scholarship fund.
Drums were donated by Park & 2ND Antiques located here in Downtown Sanford.

The Sanford Jazz Ensemble is a volunteer community orchestra made up of a diverse group of excellent musicians, dedicated to the preservation of the Big Band Jazz Tradition. Street Party Dates for 2021: Alive After 5
Hosted by the Historic Sanford Welcome Center, Alive After 5 is Sanford's monthly street festival taking place on the second Thursday of every month from 5-8PM. AA5 is Central Florida's largest recurring monthly street party with live music, local artists, food and craft beers in a beautiful historic town.
