Emergency Broadband Benefit Program Overview

The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program provides a discount of up to $50 per month for broadband services for eligible consumers and a one-time device discount of up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet purchased through a participating provider. This webinar is intended to give an overview of the program, who is eligible, and what documentation applicants need to sign up for the program.

The New Social Media World & Library Marketing Online

COVID has changed how libraries interact with patrons. Due to closures and social distancing restrictions, most programing, events, and even library access moved online. This presentation will discuss reaching multiple audiences via social media; maintaining connection with those audiences; maintaining contact with traditional library audiences during closures and reduced services; and how to sustain asynchronous and synchronous programming after COVID.
