Hawai'i Youth Depart Soon for Regional Youth Event
Nineteen youth from churches on Maui, Moloka'i and O'ahu are heading to the Western Regional Youth Event at Seattle University in Seattle, Washington, this week. Please keep them in your prayers as they worship, attend workshops, and celebrate new experiences with youth from the Western Region conferences of the United Church of Christ.
Mokuaikaua Listed As Endangered Historic Place
The National Trust for Historic Preservation named Mokuaikaua Church to its 2014 list of America’s 11 Most Endangered Historic Places
. This annual list highlights important sites or structures that are at risk of destruction or irreparable damage. The church made the announcement at a public event
and tour on Tuesday, June 24.

Invite Youth to Fall Camp
The Fall Youth Camp of the Hawai'i Conference will be held from Sunday, October 5, to Wednesday, October 8, at Camp Erdman on the North Shore of O'ahu. Information and registration forms will be available soon, but save the dates and make plans now to send your youth in grades six through twelve.
General Synod Invites Workshop Proposals
The UCC is inviting those interested in presenting a workshop at General Synod 30 to apply for one of the limited workshops slots. These 75-minute workshops will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Visit the General Synod website
