UCC Helps in Flint Disaster

Responding to the water disaster in Flint, Michigan, UCC Disaster Ministries has given a $3,000 solidarity grant to the Michigan Conference to help local churches provide water filters and bottled water to their communities.  You can help by making a contribution the UCC’s Emergency USA fund.  UCC disaster coordinators in Michigan remind people that monetary gifts, rather than shipments of bottled water or filters, are the most effective way to help.
