Training Helps Children Experience God

Peace Village Offers Model of Transformation
“Peace Village: Faith Formation in a Multifaith World”
is a two-day workshop offering an intergenerational, transformational model of ministry for children, youth, families, and whole congregations. The workshop, to be held October 3-4 at Congregational Church of San Mateo, California, will include dynamic interfaith worship and speakers and an opportunity for participants to learn best practices to take home to their own congregations.

In Memory: Toiloto Tuisamatatele
, 90, died July 10. Ordained in 2006, Toiloto served as Pastor of Church of the New Testament for 23 years. Prior to that he worked as a teacher in American Samoa and a social worker in Hawai'i. He received a Certificate of Ministry Studies from Pacific School of Religion in 1994. Services are to be scheduled. Condolences may be sent to his wife, Lula, at P.O. Box 17182, Honolulu, HI 96817.
