Insurance Board Awards Honolulu Church
Congratulations to United Church of Christ–Judd Street for being awarded $1,000 by the Insurance Board to use for the church’s centennial celebrations. The Insurance Board, as part of its 30th anniversary observance, invited churches to submit things they were celebrating during 2015. UCC–Judd Street is one of thirty awardees nationwide. The Insurance Board
provides property, liability and workers compensation insurance to UCC, Disciples and Presbyterian churches.

Spaghetti and Auction Raise Funds for O'ahu Youth

Emergency Teams Respond in Times of Disaster
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers provide assistance immediately after a disaster takes place until first responders arrive. CERT training will be offered over three days, the first two at Manoa Valley Church on Saturday, February 6, 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and Saturday, February 13, 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. The final class and field test will be held at Battery Hollow at Diamond Head on Saturday, February 20, 7:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Classes fill up quickly, so register soon by calling 956-7727 or emailing email@example.com
