Weekly Update: TEXT-Billing  from DrNGYN

We hope this finds you all well during the Global Pandemic.  We are busy seeing patients, with masks, and it feels ALMOST like business, as usual, other than the extra care we are giving ourselves and you to stay safe.  Remember that we are avoiding people waiting in the waiting room by using cars, exam rooms, treatment rooms, etc. and we are requiring masks that cover your nose and mouth. We do have some if you need it.  We are taking temperatures and PLEASE do not come in if you have any hint of illness or anyone in your environment has been sick.

We want to mention that our BILLING may look new.  We now have TEXT-Billing.  It will come to your phone with a DR N GYN heading and ask you to follow a link to pay your balance.  You can pay with Credit Card or you can call the office if you are more comfortable. We do not keep the card numbers on file, it is used once and then disappears from the record.  IF you want an invoice, you can call the office and we will send you one, or if you cannot receive text messages you will automatically receive one in the mail.   IF you op-out at registration to text messages, you will automatically receive a bill.  You may also respond to the text and our biller will get back to you to answer any questions you might have.  We find this efficient, easy, and saves on postage and trees.

Our office is open 5 days a week.  We have on-line scheduling 24/7. We are offering telemed and in-person visits and we are doing surgery and office procedures again. Call 503-908-1646 or visit us at www.drngyn.com    We are taking new patients and welcome your referrals.  We accept most insurance plans and it is wise to see if we are in-network before you call AND have your insurance card ready for your visit or when scheduling an appointment.
Thank you for your loyalty and patience during these troubling and challenging times.

Be well,
Drs Salisbury and Zaander and staff
