Join Us For Coffee, Muffins and Bluegrass

Our Summer Sunday coffee hours continue this Sunday. Come reconnect with parishioners and welcome visitors on the Patterson Terrace between the 9 and 11 a.m. services. Back by popular demand: delicious Green Bean muffins and coffee plus live music by the bluegrass band Hindsight sponsored by parishioners Russ and Betsy Dunn. Breakfast servers are members of the Outreach Commission. We’re asking for a nominal $4 love offering per person to help cover the costs of breakfast.

Glory Ridge

This Sunday, Holy Trinity will be sending off 24 youth and adult leaders to Glory Ridge for their annual mission trip to Madison County. This is the 35th year that Holy Trinity has sent a group.  The group will focus on three projects while there. They will be building a ramp, painting a porch and repairing gutters at the Tino house and replacing rotten subflooring and joists at the Deitz home along with work repairing the front porch. There will also be a project on camp to continue work on the new pantry and building switchbacks on the trails. Please pray for those attending that they may have safe travels, good weather and joyous community while making work worship. Thank you so much for your continued support of this wonderful ministry!

Meals on Wheels Teams are Back on the Road!

This Monday, July 19

Hundreds of local seniors are homebound and struggle, especially during a pandemic, to obtain healthy meals and to maintain human connection. YOU CAN HELP! On the third Monday morning of each month, approximately 20 Holy Trinity members and friends are needed to deliver prepared meals and to lovingly connect with our neighbors. We particularly need drivers during the summer months.

Delivery teams pick up meals at 9 a.m. and finish around noon. All drivers are invited to then gather for lunch on the Patterson Terrace, 12:15-1:15 p.m. to share community and to pray for those we serve. Bring your lunch and join us. Click here to sign up or contact Lance Hulme at  lancerhulme@aol.com.
