Cohab Member Meetups

Cohab is a coworking space open to all types of entrepreneurs, small business startups, remote workers, and new business developers.  Just like most other offices, we too enjoy our time around the "water cooler" discussing our families, weekly goals, and favorite new restaurant at the moment.  In November a few of our members got together and formed a weekly meeting, always held on Monday morning, to give all our members a chance to come together and set goals, find out new things happening at Cohab, and from time to time learn new skills.  Over the last month, our group has began an online webinar course discussing the book "Story Brand" which is a powerful piece on marketing and brand creation.  Join Cohab today and grow your business with us!

NWLA Makers Meetup

Today @ 6pm
A Makerspace is like a Gym for Makers; a place to learn new art and technology with like-minded people; to work with equipment you can't afford to own or store at home; and a creative center trying to fill our community with makers who can bring their love of craft, hobby, art, or skill to new levels. Our community wishes to build learning and teaching opportunities, as well as provide valuable networking resources with makers of all kinds.
Cohab will be hosting our monthly Maker Meet Up to bring about a network of makers and discuss upcoming events for the future. Makers are welcome to bring their craft or art to work on during this meeting, and any ideas and/or concerns are open for discussion. If you're not a maker yet, we'd still be happy to welcome you to this meeting, as we hope you'll share your opinions and ideas as well.  For more information visit our website and join our mailing list.

Grant Writing Workshop

Integrity Consulting & Professional Services is a Female-owned, Nonprofit Management Consulting Agency. This class was a very interactive workshop on successful grant writing at the local and state government, business, foundation and federal levels. The first of a 6-month series with the goal of producing skilled grant writers prepared to access funding at all levels. Touch up existing skills by adding new information and methods of writing. The first session was mandatory for follow-up workshops. Materials included, 1 hour of consultation within 30 days of training, Refreshments and Lunch provided.  The attendees had a very successful first meeting.  Homework was handed out to each participant, to prepare them for successful outcomes!  We look forward to seeing this group at Cohab for next workshop!
