Profiles in Diversity Journal Announces 20th Anniversary Tribute Issue Saluting Best Editorial, Women Worth Watching and Top Companies

Cleveland, OH (April 3, 2018) - After 20 years of helping organizations celebrate their commitment to diversity, Profiles in Diversity Journal has a communications opportunity for companies to recognize a culture where talented people can thrive regardless of their race, gender, religion or economic status, according to James R. Rector, founder, CEO and publisher.
Profiles in Diversity Journal invites companies anywhere in the world to participate in its 20th anniversary tribute issue by investing in an advertising package that maximizes the impact of being part of this prestigious commemorative issue,” said Rector. “Our publication is putting a spotlight on corporations and organizations that have stood out over the past 20 years by contributing meaningful editorial, promoting women and making a real difference in terms of diversity and inclusion.”
“A number of Women Worth Watching® award winners have gone on to higher leadership roles. A good example is Mary Barra, current CEO of General Motors, who was featured in the 2011 issue of Women Worth Watching®. http://www.womenworthwatching.com/mary-barra/ Countless others have gone on to lead new business units, drive new markets, launch new ventures and help develop the next generation of women leaders. According to Rector, Women Worth Watching has played a role in recognizing and supporting this movement of women to the top of their organizations.
Throughout the publication’s history, it has covered diversity through the eyes and words of Fortune 500 companies, world-class educational institutions, military branches and nonprofit organizations that are changing our workplaces and the world. The publication appreciates the participation of these organizations since Profiles in Diversity Journal’s founding, according to Rector.
“Over 40 articles address significant diversity-related topics important to most corporations during the past 20 years,” said Rector. “More than 350 organizations are represented in some way in our tribute issue.”
The publication reports a pass-along readership of more than 10,000 as well as an additional 350,000 to 450,000 online readers each year. Advertising packages include full or half-page four-color advertisements, editorial and advertising reprints, printed and digital copies of the magazine and other value-added benefits of participation. The publication seeks advertising orders prior to April 18.
