Our new monthly bulletins are designed to provide ideas, cases studies and news that we hope will be of interest to people trying to build marketing excellence within their organisations. If you have any suggestions for future topics to cover on either Marketing or Capability Development, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Why Marketing Leadership Matters
The real power of marketing lies in its ability to actively shape what an organisation is delivering to its customers, not just to develop communication campaigns to sell. To do that, it’s essential that Marketers build the capabilities needed to drive demand-led, profitable growth and to develop ways for their companies to create and deliver superior customer value.
Marketers need to build the strategic skills to define an insightful vision of future market opportunities, to involve and engage colleagues through creative thinking and collaborative ways of working, and finally to deliver propositions, products, services and campaigns that benefit customers and build brands.
In this month’s issue of the BRAND LEARNING bulletin, Michele McGrath, Partner and Operating Board Director at BRAND LEARNING, shares some of our latest thinking on the challenge of Marketing Leadership for you to download:
