Small Change, Big Difference
I invite you to go to the Church Pension Group’s website and read their 100 Small Steps for a healthier lifestyle feature. The suggestions there include general recommendations, diet, exercise, emotional health, finances, intellectual pursuits, community involvement and spiritual components of healthy living. This is a gift you can give yourself, and it is not only good information for members of the clergy, but everyone. It moved me to take the next steps needed to accomplish a number of my personal healthy living goals. Give yourself this gift.
