Because we are required to give a count to Bonefish the Friday before our lunch meeting, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins and late RSVPs. Because we pay for every meal ordered, we are unable to provide refunds, or carry forward your meal reservation if you are absent.

"The Four (4) P's of Economic Development"

 
Phil D'Amico will explore the trends of Economic Development strategies of communities, which all revolve around the 4 P’S:
 
• People
• Place
• Position
• Perception
 
This trend and strategy involves communities developing a strategy of: 
1.  Developing a talent pipeline of trained and skilled workforce across all education sectors (People);
2. Creating an area, infrastructure, and economy that encourages and supports entrepreneurship and development of the private sector (Place);
3. Developing a brand and direction for your community and developing an identity that you can build all other strategies around for your future (Position); and
4. When people hear about your community or visit what do they think and perceive you to be (Perception).

Phil D’Amico is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Majority Builders, and is now in his ninth year as the Host of Economic Outlook, a television show that is shown weekly  on WNIT. Also, Phil has over 20 plus years of executive level experience in business and industry, including 7 years as Director of Economic Development for the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce. Phil has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from West Virginia University, and Masters in Communications from Temple University as well as advanced business degrees from The University of Notre Dame and Northwestern University.
