On May 13th, the WBOM Luncheon will feature Jennifer VanderVeen, a certified Elder Law Attorney with Tuesley Hall Konopa Law Firm in South Bend. As an Elder Law attorney, Jennifer counsels clients in the areas of elder law, estate planning, estate taxation, gifting, special needs, trusts, guardianships, veteran’s benefits, Medicaid benefits, and probate. Jennifer’s significant experience as an attorney also includes extensive work in the area of business law, counseling business owners and individuals.  It is never too early to prepare for the future or to gain information for older family members.
